BFF KIDS CLASSES

BFF Kids Class is a weekly wellbeing program designed to help primary‑aged children build confidence, emotional regulation, and social connection through movement, music, and play.

WHERE: Jamieson CommUity Centre, Point Cook

WHEN: Every Wednesday at 6:00pm

AGES: 5 - 7 years old

WHAT WE OFFER

Each 45‑minute session blends upbeat movement, play‑based games, and simple, age‑appropriate conversations. The program supports whole‑child development and contributes to a more connected, inclusive school and family environment.

Each BFF session includes:

 

⚡Easy‑to‑follow movement

⚡Sensory‑friendly, imagination‑based games
⚡Music that energises and supports emotional regulation

⚡A focus on confidence, connection, and self‑expression

 

The program is designed to be inclusive, accessible, and supportive of diverse learning needs, making it a strong complement to the Disability Inclusion framework.
