SO ARE YOU™
BY BEAT FREAKZ FIT®

Our SO ARE YOU™ primary school is a wellbeing program designed to empower primary‑aged students through movement, neuroscience‑based strategies and social‑emotional learning.
The program proactively supports students during key transition years, addressing the common dip in confidence, wellbeing and school connectedness that research highlights across primary school.
We recognise the increasing pressures young people face today, which is why every session is delivered in a supportive, no‑pressure environment. The foundations remain consistent, while the delivery is tailored to each year level to ensure age‑appropriate learning, language and activities that help students feel seen, supported and capable.
BE.ME PROGRAM
We also offer BE.ME, an inclusive, play‑based wellbeing program designed specifically for neurodiverse students and students with disabilities. BE.Me™ uses movement, music, and connection to help students build confidence, self‑expression, and belonging in a safe, joyful space.
We are also an NDIS‑approved provider with extensive experience delivering programs for all abilities and age groups, ensuring every child and young person can participate fully and safely.
WHY WELLNESS MATTERS IN
PRIMARY SCHOOLS
Student wellbeing is a key driver of academic, social, and behavioural success. When children feel safe, connected, and emotionally supported, they learn better, engage more, and build stronger lifelong skills. With nearly half of Australian schools now prioritising wellbeing, investing in programs that build confidence, regulation, and connection has never been more important.
So are you™ is proudly NDIS‑approved, offering inclusive programs where every child can participate fully. Our disco‑vibe incursions and wellbeing workshops support emotional regulation, confidence, and belonging, helping schools create positive, connected, and thriving learning environments.
