JENNA CHAFFEY
GRIT, HEART & A MISSION
I am a lifelong go-getter with grit, heart, and a mission to change how young people feel in their own skin, building the confidence and self-belief every child has the potential to unlock.

My story started in rural New Zealand, a childhood filled with animals, community, and the kind of freedom that builds resilience. At just 11 years old, I became the youngest competitor in regional sheepdog trials, featured on TV and in newspapers for my instinct, determination, and natural leadership.
After moving to Australia, I built a career in high-pressure national operations, safety, and compliance, where I developed a deep understanding of how people work, how teams thrive, and how mindset and emotional intelligence shape every outcome. My passion for empowering others grew here, helping people step into their potential in environments that didn't always see it.
That passion became a purpose. I founded Beat Freakz Fit®, a movement and wellbeing organisation, and from there, SO ARE YOU™ was born. A program that brings everything I believe in, movement, music, confidence, belonging, directly to the students who need it most.

Each of our facilitators is carefully selected, trained in Jenna Chaffey SAFE Method, and genuinely passionate about young people's wellbeing.
Jenna is the award-winning founder of Beat Freakz Fit® and creator of SO ARE YOU™ and the Jenna Chaffey SAFE Method®.
She brings extensive experience in leadership, wellbeing and inclusive school and community program delivery, helping young people build confidence, connection and a sense of belonging.
Her approach brings wellbeing to life through movement, music and meaningful connection.

Lauren holds a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology and plays semi-professional basketball. She brings a passion for movement, connection and helping people reach their potential to the So Are You™ team.
Outside of work, Lauren enjoys staying active outdoors, spending time with family and friends, and baking. Her goal is to become an Occupational Therapist, supporting people to build independence.

My name is Chelsea, a kind bubbly and caring school teacher who is passionate about creating safe, welcoming, and inclusive learning environments.
Building strong relationships is central to my teaching, and I work hard to ensure every child feels valued, supported, and connected. with a firm-but-fair approach, I encourage students to grow with confidence both academically and personally.
Wellbeing in a big part of my philosophy. I believe children thrive when they feel understood, encouraged, safe, and I'm committed to fostering positive, balanced environments where they can build resilience, confidence, and a strong sense of belonging.

Hi, I'm Arra, a virtual assitant with several years' experience helping businesses with admin, customer service, and day-to-day operations. I enjoy working behind the scenes to help things run smoothly and making life easier for the team. Being a part of BFF I look forward to contributing in anyway I can.
Outside of work, I'm a proud mum who enjoys spending time with my family, staying active and continuously learning.
